WEBQUEST: communication and strengths

This session will be an interactive webquest organized by members of the Young Women of Geosciences (YWOG) with quizzes, discussions and information on two key areas: communication and strength recognition. It aims to identify your communication style and how best to utilize different styles of communication in different situations. It will also help you identify your strengths and how you can best use these to maximize your effectiveness at work.
